Returns/Refunds

Polar Drive provides a 1-year warranty for all products, requiring photographic or video evidence before accepting returns to potentially resolve issues without returning the product. Returns for product issues are accepted within 45 days for exchanges or refunds, while returns after this period (up to one year) are handled with repairs, replacement parts, or discounts on new purchases. Refunds for non-product issues are limited to uninstalled items within 14 days, subject to a 30% depreciation fee, and installation or improper use costs are not covered.
